Same-Day Shipping
- Orders placed Monday–Friday before 3 PM EST ship the same day
- Applies to all in-stock items
- Excludes weekends and national holidays
- You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
Free & Flat-Rate Shipping
- Free shipping on Canadian orders over $89.99 CAD before tax
- Orders under $89.99 CAD are charged a flat $14.99 CAD shipping fee
- Some exclusions may apply for remote or rural areas
- If additional shipping charges are required, we'll contact you before shipping your order
Remote Location Shipping
- Additional shipping fees may apply for remote or northern locations
- Rates are calculated at checkout
- Remote areas may include locations with limited courier access or outside major urban centers
Order Tracking
- You'll receive an email confirmation once your order ships
- Tracking numbers are typically provided within 24 hours of courier pickup
