At Mondo Caffè, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

General Returns (30 Days)

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase
  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • In brand-new condition
    • In original packaging
  • Final sale, opened, or used items are not eligible for return

Espresso Machine Returns (14 Days)

ESE Pod Espresso Machines

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Machine must be:
    • New and unused
    • In original packaging
    • Include all accessories and manuals

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@mondocaffe.coffee
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Full name
    • Reason for return
  3. We'll provide:
    • A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#)
    • Return instructions

Please note: Returns sent without an RMA# will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service
  • If we sent the wrong item, we'll cover return shipping costs

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method
  • Orders that received free shipping may have the original shipping cost deducted from the refund

Unclaimed or Refused Orders

  • Orders returned due to:
    • Non-delivery
    • Refused packages
    • Import restrictions
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Keep all original packaging for a smooth return process
