Mondo Caffe Shipping Policy

At Mondo Caffe, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient shopping experience. Below, you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process, including delivery times, costs, and tracking information.

We offer same-day shipping on all in-stock items ordered Monday to Friday before 3 PM EST (excluding national holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Enjoy FREE shipping on all Canadian domestic orders over $69.99 (before tax). Orders under $69.99 before tax are subject to a flat $9.99 shipping fee.

Please note: Some exclusions apply. We reserve the right to refuse or adjust shipping costs for orders being delivered to remote or rural areas. If additional charges apply, we will contact you prior to shipping.

Orders shipping to remote or northern regions may be subject to additional charges. These fees will be calculated at checkout. Remote areas include locations far from major urban centers or those with limited courier service.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming your package is on its way. A tracking number will be provided within 24 hours of the shipping company picking up your order.

Our estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Quebec & Ontario: 1–2 business days
   
• Maritimes, Manitoba, Saskatchewan: 2–3 business days
   
• Alberta: 3–4 business days
   
• British Columbia: 4–5 business days
   

Please note: Delivery times are based on business days (Monday–Friday) and exclude weekends and holidays. Unforeseen delays due to weather or other external factors may occur.

At this time, we only ship within Canada.
