RETURNS POLICY

Mondo Caffe Return Policy

At Mondo Caffe, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in ensuring our customers are delighted with their purchases. However, we understand that returns may sometimes be necessary.


30-Day Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Please note the following conditions:

  • Eligible Returns: Items must be unused, in brand-new condition, and in their original packaging.
     
  • Non-Returnable Items: Opened, used, or final sale items are not eligible for return.
     

Return Process & Refunds

  1. Obtain a Return Authorization (RMA#)
     
    • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mondocaffe.coffee with your order number, name, and reason for return.
       
    • You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) along with return instructions.
       
    • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
       

  1. Shipping Your Return
     
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a reliable and trackable shipping service, as Mondo Caffe is not liable for lost or undelivered returns.
       
    • If your return is due to an error on our part (e.g., an incorrect item was sent), we will cover all return shipping costs.
       

  1. Refund Processing
     
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
       
    • If your order qualified for free shipping and you return an item, the original shipping cost we incurred will be deducted from your refund.
       

Unclaimed or Returned Orders

  • If an order is returned to us due to non-delivery, refusal, or import restrictions, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
     
  • Shipping fees for unclaimed or returned orders are non-refundable.

  • Clearly label your return with the RMA# to ensure prompt processing.
     
  • Retain all original packaging and materials for a smooth return process.
