We pride ourselves on making sure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchase. However, we realize that returns are sometimes necessary.
If you are dissatisfied with your product for any reason within the first 30 days of placing your order, you may return it for a full refund.
We do not accept returns on opened or used products (Items must be in new and unused condition, with it's original packaging) or any items marked as non-refundable/Final sale are not eligible for return.
Your return will be processed immediately after we receive it. Mondo Caffe is not responsible for shipping and handling on returned items. We recommend using a reputable shipping company or some other form of insured mail for returns as we can not be responsible for items that never make it back to our warehouse. Your return will be processed immediately after we receive it. A refund for the purchase price of the products minus the *shipping will be granted. If you had free shipping with your order and return any items, you will be charged the exact shipping amount we paid to ship your order.
*The Shipping for the returned merchandise is the responsibility of the customer.
*If your return is a result of our error (i.e. we sent you an incorrect product) then the cost of shipping is 100% our responsibility.
Unclaimed or Returned Orders
All orders that are returned to us for any reason because they are prohibited from entry or because they are unclaimed by the recipient shall incur a 15% restocking fee. The shipping fee for any unclaimed or returned orders will also not be refunded. As soon as we receive your returned package we will automatically refund your order minus the shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee.
INITIATING RETURN
As previously mentioned products may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) is obtained.
Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted. To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@mondocaffe.coffee to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) and receive instructions for returning the package. You will need to provide your name and order number, as well as the reason for the return.
Please allow a period of 5-7 business days before following up on return credits. It is essential to clearly display the return authorization number on the exterior of the returned package.
Important Note: Retain all original packaging and boxes of the purchased item
